Kisan singh pradhan from danekbadi panchayat Daringbadi block Kandhamal dist saying about the uses and preservation of Mustard.In the period of rainy season we cultivate and also preserved it by drying. After rainy September and October month cultivation the mustard only two months production. All people consume mustard veggies,all seasons we found it but rural areas people mostly cultivated it in the rainy season after. We consume it by raw Cook,also preservation by drying with sunlight just by cook for long lasting.
