Patna:Manishankar Kumar is suggesting the leaders through Bihar Mobile Vaani that within 64 years in the history of Indian election no leader has faught the election on the basis of doing something for the students,technology,neighbouring countries are developing and in todays senario we are still fighting on the basis of caste,vote cutting policy .
