I am Ponnusamy from TLRF. With you ration card, adhar card, passport size photo, get a certificate from Govt orthopaedical doctor if you are physically challenged and along with you caste certificate you can submit to Dist differently abled officer. if your disability is more than 40% you can get national ID card.
