Grievance : I am Sharanya from Kodaimalai union. I work in Classin needs India, Vagarai. They are not giving leave for voting day. Reply: I am Adv. George Marx. On the occassion of TN assembly election, TN Govt has passed order to give paid leave to all private and public sector workers. Based on that except for those who are on election duty has been given holiday. But many private concerns didnt give holiday to their workers to cast their votes. Some didnt give paid holiday. Legally its wrong. One such complaint we have received from Ottanchathiram area. Ambedkar union staffs spoke to the management and finally the company gave holiday to those who wants to cast their votes.
