I am Nataraj from Ambedkar union. If any labours in Dindugal wants to register in welfare board you need be between the age group of 18 to 58. You shouldnt have farmers card, you need to have family card, adhar card, caste certificate, bank passbook in Nationalised bank, voter ID, Passbook, cell phone number should be linked to adhr card. If all these are correct you can register in welfare board via online.
