News read by Muneeswari from Semmalar union. 1) On 19th Semmalar union weekly meeting was conducted over phone. Union incharges, TLRF coordinators attended the meeting. Agendas were last week work done, branch data collection, welfare schemes, joining new members, NK survey, signature campaign, whatsapp group, etc. 2) Last week work done - Branch data was collected in 12 villages. Based on the dats people's problems were divided into legal problems, general issues and welfare schemes. 22 new members form were filled. List of people who receive welfare scheme benefits was collected over phone. 124 people have received so far. Branch whatsapp group was created and linked all the branch incharges. 3) This weeks plans are - new members will be joined in near by villages. 4) We have decided to conduct NK survey for 80 people per day. 5) We have decided to take 2000 signature as signature protest against alcohol. 6) Data collection will be done in 9 villages.
