I am Nataraj from Ambedkar union. On May 5th weekly meeting was organised over phone. Adv. George Marx, secretary Nataraj, consultant Mariyammal were present in the meeting. 1) Last week datas were collected in Vadipatti, Porulur, Kanakampatti, Ramapattinapudur, Nagappanpatti. 2) On May 1st Labours day we raised our voice by being at home, so that it will reach the Govt. 3) List of beneficiaries was prepared and 2nd stage relief material was given to them in 7 villages. 4) From 30th April 6th May,565 people called NK radio, 18 people recorded in NK radio and 14 people participated in the survey by pressing star button. 5) As this week's plan we have decided to prepare questionnaires to know the present situation of workers. Draft the demand letter to send it to Govt, creating whatspp group fr branch incharges, data collection as per table 18, Union head will record aout relief material distribution in NK radio, Name list of 2nd stage beneficiaries, income and expenditure account preparation.
