I am Tirumurugan from Kodaimalai Ambedkar union. 1) Today weekly planning meeting was conducted in our office. During the meeting we discussed about the last month activities done. Our staffs made 150 people to attend the gram sabha meeting. Requesting for basic facilities petitions were given to 5 Panchayath heads. As a result of that 2 trash bins has been fixed in Mangalankombu Madurai Veeran street. Drainage has been cleaned. From many days water was not supplied in Arundati’s street in Puduputtur village. Now Panchayath has ordered to supply water thrice in a week. And people are getting benefited. 2) 100 people attended the conference for unorganized workers on behalf of Kodaimalai ambedkar union. 3) All Govt officials were present in the People related camp meeting in Kadaguthalai village on 29th January under the leadership of Dist collector. On behalf of union, Head and branch incharge and others attended it and gave petition asking for patta document for their houses and conducted camp for registering in welfare board. 4) On 28th January we have arranged for scholarship of 3 children. Helped Andichi to get legal heir certificate. All the preparations has been done to get Adhar card for Poondi Incharge Bosepandi’s daughter Revati. 5) As part of next week’s plan we have planned to join 5 people in Poomparai, 10 people in Mangalamparai village. 6) Asked the office incharges to do the renewal of membership card, conducting branch meetings, Admin team meeting, union renewal etc. 7) Union head Jayasheela and volunteer Sharath will be attending the Legal training in Madurai.
