Hello everyone. I am happy to share a success story. In Thithampatty colony near Rajukapatty, free houses were given around 22 years back. After few days of house delivery, the houses were damaged. Even then the people stayed in that house for 22 years. AT present the condition of the house is very bad and concrete are falling on the people even for a small wind or rain. School children raised this complaint here. Panchavaranam requested for help through TTCU. TTCU volunteers took 6 women and 3 school children to collector office on Grevience redressal day. We took photos of the house condition and we created a banner of that. Last month June 11 we took the photos to collector grievance meeting, Collector saw the group coming with the banner and our press and media friends came to see. Even the press gave a good support. Immediately after hearing the grievance the collector gave order that the houses are no more in a good condition to live. So among 56 houses, 46 houses have the patta document so he asked to go to panchayat office and submit the patta document. They will built house with the expense of 2 crore15 lakh. We consider it as a victory. We never thought that we will succeed in this. I request every one to record your problems here we will try to do the best by approaching concerned authorities.
