Deoghar: Jayprakash Singh called from Sarath, Deoghar to talk about the slow pace of reforms for rehabilitation of the displaced. He plead to the Governor of Jharkhand to review the reform policies as soon as policies so that the helpless, landless farmers at the verge of poverty can get welfare benefits on time.
