Ram Prasad called from Birni, Giridih district to talk about Women empowerment. He believe that Women to be empowered totally, We need to give her a chance to utilise her rights and powers. There is need for a change in attitude towards Women among us. He concluded saying that an all round support is required for Women's rights for her to lead and prosper.
