Gangadhar Mahto from Rajganj, Dhanbad district called to inform the listeners of JMR about the equal opportunities prevailing in the region he belongs. Mahto concludes by saying that although the educational avenues are significantly lacking in the village, but there is no discrimination reported among men and women at the workplace.
