Bipin Behari Singh from Latehar district called to complain about the mismanagement in the work of Gram Panchayat. He said that, the employment member of the Panchayat was asked to work from the Panchayat head office by the District Commissioner in 2011, which helped the villagers in village Demo to share their problems and ask for sloutions. But the scenario has changed again as the members donot work from the Panchayat office. So, he requested the Panchayat head to look into the matter and solve the issue, as the villagers are very annoyed by the same.
