Kailash Giri from Chandrapura, Bokaro interviewed Ratilal Mahto, a social worker who works for empowering the women in the area. In the interview he said that, he heads in training several SHG's so that they can earn a proper livelihood. He also informed that these women earn, study and look after their families at the same time. To a question from Kailash Giri asking him, "What benefit he receives from training these women?", to which Ratilal Mahto said, "He feels good that he is helping the society to some extend and feels happy about it". Kailash Giri concluded by thanking Ratilal Mahto for his initiative.
