Kailash Giri from Chandrapura, Bokaro called up to comment on J.M. Rangila's item about the irregularities observed in Blanket distribution drive. He puts across two interesting points, first being that the government is providing fewer blankets than needed and secondly the delay in providing blankets would make the entire process worthless as winters would go away. Therefore he requests the authorities to expedite the process.
