Reetlal Prasad Verma from Birni block, Giridih district called up to report about a "Wireless for community" training undertaken by Digital Empowerment Foundation in the Birni block for the community. He also interviewed the trainer and representative of the organization who explained that this training is being undertaken under one of their projects for community development where by the use of Laptops and computers the poorly connected communities would be able to benefit from the internet connectivity and get access to the development taking place in the world. He further informs that those people who have joined them for the training would be trained in using the services and eventually spread out the facilities from here.
