Kailash Giri from Chandrapura block of Bokaro district called up to inform about the delay and mismanagement in the construction of Panchayat Sachivalaya. He said that low quality brick and cement is being used for construction. In this same manner in at various places namely Telo, Paplo, the construction is yet not done. So the villagers have asked to DC to look in the matter.
