Kedar Yadav from Kodarma district of Jharkhand. You must have seen with the growing age children loss their eyesight and one day s/he is totally blind. This happened with elderly also. They have different kind of vision problem, they can see close objects and have some issues in seeing something at a distance. For this they wear spaces. Through institutions, eye camps at block and district level should be organised. Govt is doing. They are giving privilege on the basis of disability but there are problems. If the issues are taken care at panchayat, block or village level, blind people are identified and given treatment, poor will be benefited
