Saritha Thomas reporting from Prithvirajnagar, Rudraprayag District. She and the Mandakini Ki Awaaz team has been making rounds of the affected area of Ukhimath, Agastyamuni etc. The problem is that there are no volunteers to manage and distribute the relief material coming in.
