Zarina Khan from Phulwari thana is reporting that in her community, there are two women Naaz Khatun and Chandni Khatun who are sisters-in-law. They run two separate shops, snacks and eggs shop respectively. Zarina is reporting that these women perform illegal activities in the community. They act as procurers in the community.
