I am telling you, brother Deepak, that while applying for a UDID card, everyone has to visit a doctor to get the disability certificate. I showed myself at the outdoor department in Srirampur, Hooghly district, and only after that was I able to apply for the UDID card. I have heard the same from all my friends as well—first they had to visit the outdoor department, and only then was their application granted. So please stay assured and do not worry.
