The use of chemical fertilizers is a significant contributor to global warming. In contrast, our ancestors lived a natural lifestyle and enjoyed a lifespan of up to 120 years. Unfortunately, our generation is plagued by diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes at a relatively young age of 30 or 40 years, highlighting the importance of food as medicine. The excessive use of chemicals has severely impacted our land, and we must adopt natural farming practices and revert to traditional farming methods to restore the health of our soil and our bodies.
