These incidents can happen anywhere like - at school, during tuition, or even within our own families. Sadly, it's often someone we trust, like a relative, who may cross these boundaries. We have the right to say "NO" when our boundaries are violated.
Priyadarsini Routray, an adolescent girl from ward 38 shared about nutrition on IVRS that in this adolescent period nutrition is much more important to live a better life, because in this adolescent period we got our 1 st period, so that we need vitamins and nutrition food, and avoid to eat sweets in early morning and empty stomach which may increase the cholesterol in the body leads to heart disease.

Muni Pradhan from Ward 38 Balitota Sahi has shared feedback on the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) regarding a situation in their area. Previously, the residents used water from a well for domestic purposes. However, the government later provided a supply of water. Unfortunately, when a large apartment was constructed nearby and the apartment owner dug a borewell. As a result, the well water became dry and the well is now not in functional condition. Which is difficult to survive in extreme weather and when the supply water is stop.
Ranjita Dakua, an adolescent girl from Ward No. 38 Balitota Sahi, shared valuable advice on janhit vaani for other adolescent girls. She encouraged everyone through janhit vaani that to attend the Advika programs held on every Saturday at the Child Care Center. These programs offer essential knowledge about life skills and personal hygiene practices, which are crucial for our overall well-being.
An elder man named Maheswar Sahoo shared that they have a twin pit toilet tank at their household level. In one pit, sludge is stored while in the other pit, liquid is stored. When they manufactured the double pit, they were not aware of the twin pit technology. This was an idea they came up with on their own.
Namita Guru, a community member from Balitota Sahi, Ward No. 38, shared her feedback on the IVRS. She mentioned that earlier the waste collection vehicle was not coming to collect the waste, which led to people throwing the waste on the roadside. Where street dogs spread the waste all over the road, including sanitary pads which have resulted in unhygienic conditions, However, now the waste collection vehicle comes on a regular basis, and everyone handover their waste separately, including used sanitary pads, to the waste collection vehicle.
