Liza Sahoo, a community member from ward 22, shared in IVRS that previously, we used to call desludging vehicles which charged a lot to clean the toilet tanks. After the SDA and SSC meeting with CFAR, we learned about the QR code through which we can generate a demand to BMC for mechanized cleaning of toilet tanks at a lower cost. After that, we generated the demand 4 to 5 days before our toilet tank cleaning, and the vehicles reached at schedule date and cleaned it at a minimum cost, which is helpful to all the community members.
