Rubi Nayak, from Simili Basti Ward 46, shared that on August 8, 2024, a feedback was registered regarding a street light that was not working. Women and adolescent girls were afraid to pass through that particular area because of the misbehavior by drinkers who would gather there and make inappropriate comments to the girls returning home from tuition. However, on September 5, 2024, the issue with the streetlight was resolved with the help of IVRS, as mentioned by the community members.
