In the past, we used tube wells and borewell water for drinking and domestic purposes. We struggled to get safe drinking water. I along with other members, coordinated with the WATCO division and we got doorstep supply water provision. now 65 households are getting round-the-clock drinking water service. In the past, when it heavily rains, wastewater entered and the water tap was submerged. so, I and other households in my settlement heightened our water tap so that it can be used during critical times.

We are a big family so I constructed one soak pit and twin pit. I have also raised the height of the toilet and commode toilet pan because elderly members of my family could easily access and reduce the risk of the toilet being submerged. I have been registering the desludging demand through the QR code and coordinating with the government cesspool vehicle operators to clean the twin pit and soak pit.
