Dear Friends Namaskar, Today we are going to discuss about on Right to food act which is implementing by state and central Govt under Food and Consumer department. The main objective of the act is nobody will be hungry without food and also no one will die without food in the whole country. There are 4 schemes are incorporated under this act . These are Mamata Scheme, Mid day Meal Scheme, National Integrated Child protection scheme and Ration or Antyodoya scheme . But now we will discuss on Ration or Antyodoya scheme. What are the criterias for selecting the ration or antyodoya beneficiaries and what benefit will get the beneficiaries from this scheme today we will discuss on it . And also we will discuss how to lodge complain regarding this scheme . According to the guide line of govt. beneficiaries should have 8 critierias . 1. Any family members should not have 2 nos of three wheeler or 4 wheeler or Electronics fishery boat 2 .Beneficiary should not have registered any agricultural machine, tractor, Harvester etc .3 Any of the family member should not worked permanently in any state govt. Central govt. or any corporation . 4 Any of the family member should not have any register enterpriser . 5 Any of the family member’s income should not 10,000/- at village area and 15,000/- at urban area . 6 Nobody of family should get pension from state govt. or central govt 10,000/- at village area and 15,000/- at urban area . 7. Any of the family member should not pay Income tax 8. Family should not expense above 30 unit electricity . Like this some criterias are available for some particular categories to auto inclusion . 1. Home less family 2. Begging family 3. Scheduled tribe family 4. Widow pension holder getting pension from the state or central govt. 5. Above 40% physical handicapped person. These are the criterieas for auto inclusion . Aadhaar photo copy of all family members and signed particular ration application form and Bank pass book of applicant should be deposited at BMC . After verification by CO or ward officer the application will be forwarded to Food and Civil Supply office and the sanction the ration card .
