She mentioned that before the microplanning meeting, the desludging vehicle had charged high prices due to the narrow road that prevented the vehicle from entering the settlement, to clean the tank using pipes. However, after the microplanning meeting, the community awared about BMC vehicles, where they have to request desludging services through IVRS and QR code at least 2 to 3 days before of cleaning. Therefore, she wants to request mechanical desludging service by BMC vehicles.
