Put one vessel on stove add some sugar or jaggery in that after it started boiling then add fried sesame seed . when it started binding then cool down it and make some ladoo from it.

Prabhasini Jani from Raikhol area jotibaradaya gp of Khajuripada, Kandhamal district is saying on how to make traditional food,' Manda peetha'. At first they make rice flour, and frying grated coconut with jaggery. In a pot adding some water and a little salt to it puting the pot on stove. After stiring it for few minutes take the dough out to a tray. Then taking little dough making some balls by keeping coconut fry inside it. Now steam those balls in a pot for 20 minutes and take them out. The food will be ready to serve.

Make dough from that fried atta with some warm milk. When the dough is prepared make small balls from this. Then deep fry the balls in oil until this turned to brown color. Then remove these balls from oil and put in sugar syrup for few minutes. Now our Gulab Jamun is ready.
