This audio is about mushroom cultivation process. There are about 3k to 4 k edible mushroom variety in whole over the world, from them in our country we mostly cultivate 4 mushroom variety and those are dingri chatu, pala chatu, buttom chhatu, dudha chatu. Mushroom is good for health it control body sugar level and cholesterol level, it also have different type of nutritional value. Lets talk about process of mushroom cultivation , for one bed 10 kg straw/20 bundles, 200grm gram flour, 200grm seed, 10sqft transparent plastic and some bleaching powder . First cut straw as 2ft , then put those bundles in bleaching water for 6 to 8 hours, after that keep those bundles in standing so extra water will be extract, and divide mushroom seed in small quantity . Now lets prepare bed for mushroom cultivation , first put 6inch straw ,then put seed inside 2 inch of straw bed , then cover the seed with flour and cover with straw like these do 3 layer and cover with plastic for 8-9 days .be aware of direct sunlight , after 9-10 days its look like small pin after that remove plastic and wait for it grow.

But we also making a puffed rice by normal rice. First we fry the rice like normal in this winter season we mostly making in our home. This is blooming but just in hard like normal a dummy. It's also good for health. We may also be making in our home.

First we cutting the forest tree and burning this after drying and after rainy we sowing the seeds and growing up tree we for secured this we separate weeds. And also watching the tree after big for good production and get products.

Jayram Nayak from Kotagarh Kandhamal saying about process of dried mustard leaves. If they have more than sufficient amount of mustard leaves, then they dry some of the leaves under sunlight properly. After 2 to 3 months, they cook this and consume. Put a kadhai on stove, heat some oil, add there mustard seeds, garlic, and then add dried leaves and salt. After 10 to 15 minutes they remove the kadhai from stove and consume the prepared dish.

Some people climb the tree and throw the karanjas at floor. They bring these to home and separate the seeds. They also use the cells of the seeds to fire during winter.
