Gatri tripathy from phulbani, kandhamal saying about water gourd recipe. Chopped off the gourd in cubes. Put a kadhai on stove, heat some oil and put there some mustard seeds, dried chilies and garlic cloves. Then add there chopped gourd. Then add Salt, turmeric powder and masala powder and on the lid for 10 to 15 minutes. After this the dish is readyready. This tastes very good and healthy as well.
