Deepak kumar paraseth from malipada, tumudibandha, kandhamal dist saying about recipe of rice and cow pea. First boil the cow peas then keep them aside. Then cook arua rice, when it's about to done add there boiled cow peas and mix them well and add there salt as per taste. This is very tasty dish.
