Person 1: Hey, did you see Kaliyamma somewhere? P2: She was talking to Vallimuthu bro. P1: Thats all then!!! P2: Why are you saying so. P1: Vallimutthu bro is like self running water tank. Once we switch him on he will start talking. P2: He never gossips rather he gives useful information. But you people wont like such people. P1: I just said he keeps on talking. Thats all. Just for that why are you shouting at me. P2: How can I not take my brother's stand. P1: If he is brother for you, he is my relative. We will pull his legs!! P2: Ok ok. Lets go. P1: By the way what is your bro talking about? P2: He was talking about new law. P1: Oh agriculture bill!! Already farmers are protesting against it. P2: Thats agriculture bill. Now labours laws has been cut short and 44 laws has been compressed to 4 laws. P1: When was this?? P2: Its been one year now. P1: Whats there in this law? P2: Already the laws which were giving protection to labours are not included in this new law. So my brother is telling her what are benefits and protections were there in olden law and which are missing in this law. P1: Rani, just like farmers are protesting against agriculture bill why there was no opposition for this? P2: There are 2 types of farmers. One, those who own the land. Second one those who work in others agriculture land. Those who go for cooley work in farm atleast they own some amount of land. P1: Yes. P2: So agriculture bill will affect everyone. But there are only 3% organised worker in our country. They have social security and everything. P1: What about remaining 97%? P2: They are unorganised workers. P1: Organised or unorganised wages is common for everyone right? P2: Yes. This new labour law has made wage, work timing everything in the favor of employers.
