ID NO:2372904. I am Harishchand. Earlier I was working in company. I used to get Rs.300. My timings were from 8am to 8pm. Now i am going to farm work and construction work. I go at 9am and come back at 6pm. I get Rs.450-500 per day. Weekends i get my salary. I also go to cooley work. The wages depends upon the work. I listen to this radio. During corona we were struggling for food. I registered in this radio. they helped me by giving rice and lentils. I had also recorded for welfare card. they said they will help me. This radio is really helpful.

I am Shanthamani working as sanitation worker from last 5 years. When I joined work i used to get Rs.205 as salary. From last 2 years we are getting Rs.100. We get our salaries credited in bank accounts. I have no issues in bank transaction. Every month 10th my salary will be credited. We are 10 sanitation workers in our village. Yesterday on behalf of TLRF training on LCC ICC was conducted. Ms. Sudarvali took the training. She gave a clear explanation on why ICC and LCC should be formed. Women may face verbal or sexual harassments from superiors or supervisor and how to handle this. How to handle it with the team and find solution. Importance of ICC, rules and regulations related to it. In Tirupur and Erode there are more number of women working in cotton and spinning mills. Everywhere there is ICC but its for name sake. Many women dont know why is it formed. Due to family situation women are working. So we need to take about this committee to many people. The training was very useful.
