I am Shanthamani working as sanitation worker from last 5 years. When I joined work i used to get Rs.205 as salary. From last 2 years we are getting Rs.100. We get our salaries credited in bank accounts. I have no issues in bank transaction. Every month 10th my salary will be credited. We are 10 sanitation workers in our village. During corona the work was difficult. I listen to this radio regularly. Its very useful.

Yesterday on behalf of TLRF training on LCC ICC was conducted. Ms. Sudarvali took the training. She gave a clear explanation on why ICC and LCC should be formed. Women may face verbal or sexual harassments from superiors or supervisor and how to handle this. How to handle it with the team and find solution. Importance of ICC, rules and regulations related to it. In Tirupur and Erode there are more number of women working in cotton and spinning mills. Everywhere there is ICC but its for name sake. Many women dont know why is it formed. Due to family situation women are working. So we need to take about this committee to many people. The training was very useful.
ID NO: 2370391. I am Palaniyamma. I work in 100 days work. Salary is not given so far. Only January they will gave salary itseems. I also work in farm. I get Rs.250 per day. I do use bank transaction and there is no issues. Before corona i was Rs.250 as wages. Now I am getting Rs.300. I am getting OAP. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am Karpagam. I work in 100 days work scheme. I am getting OAP. I didnt get money from 2-3 months. It will be good if 100 days work is extended to 250 days.
