Person 1: Hello excuse me. P2: He is just standing infront of you. P3: You are talking over phone to the person who just standing in front of you!! P1: I am talking with respect. Dont provoke me to talk disrespecfully. Vallimuthu: What do you want to ask me Mr. Respectful person? P1: You told last week that bharathiya Mazdur Sangh head Sachin Narayan said that wage driven growth is the most important thing. Vallimuthu: Yes. P1: Can I know what does it mean? VM: When the wage of the worker increases for the work he has done, his ability to buy things will increase and this will improve the sale of the product and this will lead to the development of country. This is called wage driven growth. As he said this and called for protest against new labour law, do you know what did Bharathiya Mazdoor sangh union head Sachin Narayan said? P2: In India capitalism has grown to an extent of becoming a religion. P3: This capitalism has no affection or sympathy on workers. P2: Stop privatising in India. P3: Stop corporatism. P2: Stop selling Public sectors and making money out of it. VM: Especially he has condemned making railways as private sector and privatising State transport. P1: Ok, Direct investment is the only way, this has been said by Mr. Krishnamurthy, Indian chief economic advisor. What is your say about this. VM: Central Govt should find the way to stop foreign investment this has been said by Bharatiya Mazdur sangh. Whats your say for this? P2: If you increase the work time of workers and reduce the wages, it will reduce their power of buying. P3: If no one is buying then market will fall down. P2: Then automatically production will be reduced. P3: Profit for owners will automatically decrease. VM: So saying that they are increasing the foreign investment is waste. So we and opposing this labour law. P2: Bharathiya Mazdur sangh which was a product of RSS which is a product of BJP itself is opposing new labour law. P3: Is it? Then you yourself decide that this law is favoring whom and whom not. P2: What happened to rice mill owner. He silently walked off!! P3: What else he can say? VM: All occupations are done for their profit. But workers who are working for the benefit of country. But the Govt is thinking foreign investors are more important that workers, This is what this new labour law reminds us. P2: Bro what are the consequences of this new labour law? VM: Already in the States like Gujarath and Rajasthan which implemented this law has recorded more unemployment and exploitation. In India 90% of works are unorganised works. So the chances are more of vanishing the remaining10% of oragnised workers.
