VM: Others are those who exploit the work of workers in the name of wages. P1: Sir thats not magic, thats cheating. VM: These words are told by the people who are sacrificing their hard work. P1: Sir, how to findout such people who are cheating. VM: Can you see when your eyes are closed? P1: No. VM: So due to busy schedule or something without knowing things to know and not getting their rights and without knowing that they are getting cheated and thinking that its our fate is called as P1: Getting cheated. VM: Awakening the people from this and showing them the reality i called as giving awareness. This awareness can be brought by oneself and also can be given to people or group of people. P1: This is what cell phone radio is doing. VM: Thinking that this radio will always post such programs and avoiding to listen the radio or saying wow what a information and forgetting it. P1: People will continue to cheat them. VM: So what can be done? P1: If Cell phone radio and women's association or NGOs, or social activists are giving us awareness we should get awareness and implement in life. VM: This is the first step to go forward in life.

Parimala: During today's our group discussion in meeting we had a doubt. VM: What doubt? Parimala: What is the difference between right and duty? VM: I will explain. Take your example. huh why to take risk. Let mw take my name. Parimala: Tell me tell me. VM: Giving food to me is the duty of my wife. Parimala: Understood sir. I will tell the remaining. VM: Tell me. Parimala: Serving food is the duty of your wife. VM: Good. Parimala: In the same way, hitting and kicking you is her right!! VM: That's not right that violence!! One side political parties, another side unions another side TV, News paper, everywhere all are talking about elections. The fire of election is on everywhere. A sir visited our union and said casting our vote is our right and duty as well. Thats why I am asking the explanation. VM: Is it!! So they said about election. Ok I will explain. As a citizen of this country its everyone's duty to cast their vote. Parimala: Ok. VM: Just like with the intention to give best future to our children we give best education to our children in the same way for the welfare of our country and for next generation's peace and happiness we should bring good leadership to our country. So when we vote for our country without fail the right becomes social responsibility. Parimala: But they are giving money for voting sir! VM: Keep aside the political parties which considers our poverty as their strength. After winning the election if the parties promises to give you freebies that's a bribe!! Avoid such parties too. Parimala: Voting is everyone's right. What are the duties of unions and self help groups like us? VM: Make the real situation of women and children, workers salary, social security everything in the manifesto of all parties. And make them to fulfill the promises in assembly. Parimala: So these are the duties of unions and self help groups. VM: Yes!!
