ESI Act was implemented in1948. If an organization has more than 10 employees they should register and provide the ESI facility. The ratio for ESI contribution will be 1.75% from employees and 4.75% from employers. 1/8th part will be contributed by the state government and 1/7th part will be provided by central government.
