This is valid for 3 months Gomathi: I go to the private hospital for just fever and spend money on that. Person1 : You have to go to hospital and make use of it and after 3 months they will give you another card, that is the permanent card. You have to give the photos of your family members and your family members can also take benefits of ESI. Gomathi: Even Family members? Person 1: Yes, your husband, kids and your old parents can also avail the facility. Gomathi: I thought of leaving this company. Person1: No problem. with the same ESI number if the new company has ESI facility you can avail the facility. Gomathi: I dont know where I missed the card. Person 1: If you have missed it go to the concerned local office they will give the card. You and your family members can take treatment with that if you have taken long leave you can get the half salary with the help of ESI card.
