I am Sandhya from READ. Yesterday I went to Kondamathur village. We asked them about welfare board card. None of them now about welfare board card. They were asking why is it and is it like Adhar card. Field workers told them about it and they are helping them in getting it. READ is arranging them to get the welfare board card.
