I am Tamilarasi from Elathur. I got this number from READ. Every company where PF is deducted, even ESI is also deducted. Many get their PF but not using ESI. We should use it. In some companies since we are not asking it, they are not activating it. Only if you ask it they will activate it. Everyone use ESI.
