I am Adv. George Marx from TLRF. On Friday as the efforts taken by Madurai Adi tamilar union and NK radio 4 bonded labours were rescued. During last March NK radio we got to know that 4 labours are working as bonded labours. When we went directly and investigated, we got to know that 4 of them were facing so many issues. Adi tamilar union and NK radio joined together and prepared a complaint and gave it to official. In the petition we have mentioned to take action on the owner under the untouchability Act 2015 and bonded labour act 1976. Within 24 hours a team was formed and 4 workers were rescued. Now efforts are taken for investigation and filing the case. My hearty wishes to Adi tamilar union and NK radio for working along with us.
