I am Vasantha from Ottanchathiram. In Ottanchathiram lock there are 35 panchayaths. And in all 35 panchayaths list of people below poverty line being taken for insurance scheme. The name list and their adhar number will be given by Govt. We were taking survey of only such people. In survey we found that there are people who hold lands, Govt jobs, etc. But Govt has taken a list that they live below poverty line. When we asked what to do to add poor and needy people. For that they gave an empty application. In that application we are planning to give the names of needy people, their adhar card number, bank passbook number, ration card number. In all 35 villages of Ottanchathiram this work is happening. So everyone especially our lower caste people please give the copy of adhar card, ration card and passbook.
