I am Sneha from Kotthayam. Before corona welfare board registration was done manually and it was really useful for us. After corona it was changed into online registration. Our parents are illiterates. Mariyamma sis from Ambedkar union told about online registration. Everything was ready except for VO's sign. Later it was told that VO sign is not mandatory. They trusted it and went to register. But there they are asking for VO's sign. These people are made to go on rounds now. NK radio should give a proper solution for this.
