I am Lazar from Sanarpatti. Today one of my friend who works in mill has asked me to drop me since he dont have any vehicle of his own. I thought we are going to bank and came to Dindugal. He didnt go to bank to get the money he went to finance company. When I asked him I got to know that there are more than 50 workers in that finance company. When I questioned him I got to know some realities. Finance companies has got their cards and giving money for more interest. Workers are pledging their ATM cards and getting the money. When the workers get their salary credited, finance company is giving the remaining amount after they get their interest amount. I was shocked to see this. Already in this corona time people are jobless and getting meager amount of salary. I thought one thing. Why cant mills give advance money and deduct it from their salary slowly. Workers are getting loans outside and they are pushed to below poverty line. Mill should give advance money and deduct salary without any interest. I believe NK will consider this idea and take to next level. I think it will be good if explanation is given for this.
