I understood that this radio is working for cooley workers, mill workers and other workers who are below poverty line. The idea of starting such helpline number deserves appreciation. I also observed that same program is being played the whole day in different order. When you work for cooley workers, mill workers and other workers who are below poverty line, you need to bring the program in a fancy way with direction, screenplay rather than just story.
