For the safety and protection of kids under the age of 18 and to stop child marriage completely, child marriage act 2006 and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 will be charged on the person who does it and non bailable offence. This is what law recommends. If you want to file case under this, then contact Aditamilar demcratic union Madurai and stop this child marriage and file case.
