Greivance: I am calling from Alnganallur Gandhi village. My wife died in an accident when both of us were coming back from work. I have given the case. But they are not taking any action. The one who has hit us should be punished. I dont know what to do. So i am asking you for advice. Reply: I am Ponnusamy from TLRF. A person has said that while coming from work, he met with an accident. SO he is seeking for compensation and punishment for the one who has hit them. By the nature of the accident, case will be charged. Traffic police will file it and get the necessary punishment. Compensation will be based on the decision made by tribunal. AN compensation will be given by owner of the vehicle, or the driver of the vehicle or motor vehicle insurance company or all the 3 are responsible and will give the compensation.
