I am Pandiyammal from Vadipatti. My child was born in hospital and they gave birth certificate. They have mentioned its boy but they didnt mention the name. How to add it?

Fill the application form in your municipality's birth certificate dept. Write the name and fill the application. Within 4 days your child's name will be filled in birth certificate and you can get it.
