I am Nagarathinam. My teacher has told us about Vulganising Words. They are sorry, excuse me, please and Thank you. These are called as Vulganising Words. If you want to ask something you can use please. If you did it by mistake or touch by mistake say sorry. When they are getting angry and if we say sorry, they will smile back. You can also use excuse me. when you use word please, even if they want to say no they will say yes. Then, Thank you word. If you say thank people will feel good.
